Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for size, color, or model variations within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition and unused.

For exchanges that are not related to defects or errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping expenses.
