Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers, located in Europe and other regions (mainly Asia).

Average delivery time within Europe is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country and local postal services.

Deliveries to major EU countries (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy) usually arrive within 7–12 business days, while deliveries to remote or island regions may take up to 15 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from cjvibe.suport@gmail.com.

You can track your order through the link provided in your confirmation email. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days after dispatch.

For most European destinations, customs duties and VAT are already included in the product price. In some rare cases, additional local taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or unexpected logistical issues.
